This policy covers trucker.cash and the lead forms we run on Facebook and Instagram. It explains what we collect, why, who receives it, and how to make it stop.
The short version. If you fill in a form, we collect your name, phone, email, state and your answers, and a licensed insurance agent contacts you about life insurance. We do not sell your information. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing us.
TRUCKER.CASH is an insurance marketing brand. We are not an insurance company and we do not issue policies. Insurance is offered through a licensed insurance agent, who is the person that will contact you and who submits any application to an insurance carrier on your behalf.

performance and to record that a form was submitted. Meta may use this to show you ads and,
subject to your Meta settings, to build advertising audiences. Meta's handling of that data
is governed by its own

You can limit this through your Meta ad preferences and your browser or device settings.
We only call or text you if you gave express written consent by checking the consent box on a form. That consent is not a condition of purchase — you can ask for a quote without agreeing to it.
Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a policy you already hold.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We keep enquiry records and consent records for as long as needed to run our business and to meet insurance and telemarketing record-keeping obligations, which in some states means several years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of certain uses. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and other states with privacy laws have these rights. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and held in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page.
